NEW-BIGSTONE Heavy Duty Bandsawing Machines
The Bigstone range of bandsaws give our customers a good variety to choose from. In the mitring series there are semi-auto; fully-auto & NC programmable fully automatic production machines. Also available are a range of straight cutting automatics for unmanned, production sawing of bars and bundles. Together with a good choice of capacities from 410mm to 1,200mm wide, there is a machine to suit every workshop and level of production.
BIGSTONE 'M' pivot action, single mitring series
A range of heavy duty semi automatic bandsaws. Very well established and respected around the UK's busy fabricators as a reliable, durable
work-horse. There are 3 models in the range with width capacities of 410; 450 & 535mm.
BIGSTONE 'DMS' twin column, double mitring series
A twin column range of semi automatic bandsaws, for production sawing of medium to large sections and beams & columns. Popular in busy fabrication shops and the structural industry. There are 6 models in the range with width capacities of 610; 650; 705; 800; 1000 & 1300mm
BIGSTONE 'DMA' twin column, double mitring NC automatic, production series
A heavy duty, twin column range of fully automatic bandsaws for high production sawing of medium to large sections and beams & columns. With combined NC programmable setting & control of the length of cut and mitre angle, unmanned bandsawing can be acheived with the minimum of supervision. There are 5 models in the range with width capacities of 650; 705; 800; 1000 & 1300mm
BIGSTONE 'SW & AW' twin column, straight cutting semi-auto & fully automatic series
A heavy duty, twin column range of bandsaws for high production 90 degree sawing of sections, tubes, solids and bundles. The SW series are semi automatic and the AW series are fully automatic, with material feed vices designed for high precision repeatability, Available with simple push button controls or NC programmable touchscreen control of the length of cut and quantities. Fully automatic, unmanned bandsawing is acheived once programmed. There are 4 models in the SW series and 6 models in the AW series. Capacities range from 260mm to 600mm
